  • I fell behind the last few days. We are doing renovation at our cabin. Did get some of them done. But I am sore from the hauling, ripping down. Using muscles that I don't use much. Will try and do a few extra on the other days.

  • Did 60 before work and the rest this afternoon with my granddaughter. 4 sets of 10 with a 5min dance party in between. The neighbors must wonder sometimes! She was trying to do them also.

  • So far my day of rest has found me raking out the dead leaves from the shrubs, hauling them to the garbage and trimming back the shrubs. Removing all the dead plants and sweeping the walks. Then we went for a walk.

  • I'm going to change my goal for the month. With so many renovation happening and yard work, I won't be getting as many workout in. My goal for this week is 1200, if I can get that much in on top of everything that is going on I will be pleased.
  • 1438 burned way under. But burned a ton of calories that don't count, doing renovation and yard work. I'm so sore not going to make it to the gym. Doing yard work again today.
  • Done muscles aren't as sore today. But after doing yard work who knows. Have a good one everyone!
  • I had a hard time doing the squats the last two day's because of the renovation we did this weekend. So sore I can hardly move. But I love what we got done. In some ways the squats helped work out those sore muscles that I forgot I had. Lol

  • We are ripping down the drywall in our cabin in the bedrooms. We are insinuating the rooms, wiring in a ceiling fan. After all that is done we are putting insinuation on the floor and plywood screwing it down. If there is still time we will put up the paneling. This is a two day project.   • Not a nice spring day here. It's not to cold, went for a short walk. It started lightly snowing. I am going to miss being on vacation. Spotted a group of deer feeding by the stable. Also had a fox run by this morning while I was eating breakfast. Wow way to go Robert that is impressive results, keep up the good work.
