I've been doing 30 day shed during nap time. That's the best I can do with no babysitter. Today I ran 6 miles, but I had a rare hour treat.

I posted almost thesame thing this morning, except I gained a pound :-/ But! i got some good suggestions. One of those is to measure. I checked, and I've actualy lost 4 inches the last two weeks...makes me happier than any number on the scale. GL!

I am on day 4 of level 2 and I just checked my measurements (bc I am up a lb, this week and was sad). I am down 2 inchest in my waist, 1 inch on hips and 1/2 an inch on each thigh! 4 INCHES total.Holy crap, I am so Stoked. I'm not even half way through yet. Definetly the motivation I needed to finish. GL ladies!
