I see the difference! Great work! Keep at it.

I gave up soda, and it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I used to have AT LEAST 2 cans a day. Sometimes 3. Yikes. It's been about a month and a half now, and don't even miss it. Feels great. :-)

I sometimes forgot to hit complete. I often forget to log water, but I know I drink at least 8-12 glasses on a normal day. Sometimes more, hardly ever less. I log my exercise, but if I am unsure on calories burned, I round down some. I don't know how important it is or not, it's just the routine I have gotten in.

I second the caffeine. I tried giving up soda cold turkey, with no caffeine at all. Failed miserably. Had a 4 day long migraine. It wasn't pretty. About a month and a half ago I decided to try again, but this time I bought tea. Loooooooooooots of tea. Just plain old Lipton natural tea. 0 calories, 0 sugar, and enough…

I am adding you as a friend. I am sorry that your husband doesn't quite understand. I would love to help support you in this journey. I know it is tough, but you can do it. And I hope that from now on, your husband will be more understanding as well.

I couldn't tell you what originally caused it. I assume just poor eating habits. I have been heavy since I was a child. Didn't seem to matter what I ate or how often I ate/did physical activity. I was just the heavy person. I never got bigger, but never smaller either. I started noticing weight gain after my second child.…

The first time I did it, I remember calling Jillian a slew of completely inappropriate names. It was all I could do to keep going. Lol

Oh my gosh. I just made something like this with dinner tonight! Lol! Add 3/4 cup of quinoa (prepared to package directions) with a little garlic and onion....and you have what we had! So tasty. :-)

I am a SAHM so it's easy for me to adjust my schedule for working out. Like this morning I got up, fed and got kids ready for the day, cleaned my house, and then exercised while they played. I don't really struggle to find energy in the morning unless I didn't sleep well or long enough. And on those days I usually wait…

Anyone can add me  I log on daily and would be happy to help support others.

Can you go to bed? Lol. It seems silly but if I am wanting something bad for me at the end of the day, and I am having trouble fighting the urge...I just go to bed lol. Good luck! Hang in there!

No I don't. But I have a long way to go so it's not shocking. I try to avoid dwelling on if I look smaller or if I weigh less. Never got me anywhere in the past but frustrated.

I would discuss this with your doctor. I was overweight when I was pregnant, and ended up losing a bit of weight in the first and second trimester without really changing my habits. Usually some exercise is ok. But honestly...each woman is so different that I think it is really smarter to just discuss your concerns with…
