  • I eat cheese a lot. Usually just the recommended serving. Sometimes I will eat it twice in one day. I couldn't live without cheese, lol.

  • My pizza is 150ish per slice. Hungry Howie's thin crust for the win.
  • Agreed with all of the other ladies. If that is what a normal period was like for you, then ok. But since this is abnormal, it is best to let your doctor know and see if there is something wrong. Be sure to mention your eating/exercise routine so they can tell you if that might be causing it. Best of luck to you!
  • Not much longer, lol. I turn 28 this week. All friends welcome!
  • I have eaten some of them back if I felt hungry. I try to not eat them back, or only eat back about half at most.
  • I eat salads when I feel blah because of poor eating. It helps me feel better to eat lots of veggies and some protein. This is a common thing for me to eat anyway, so it is just sort of habit. I don't do it with the intention of eating fewer calories. Its to make myself feel physically better.
  • I like it. I got it for the same reason that I got a food scale. In the case of the scale--I can't force as much food into a 1/2 cup measuring cup and call it a serving anymore, it shows me just how much I put into that serving. For the fitbit, it shows me just how much I have been up and moving. No more guessing how…
  • Spices. If I have enough calories at the end of the day, sometimes I will have a snack that fits in my calories and just not log it. Other than that, I love everything.
  • He wants you to get breast implants and talks poorly about loose skin in your lower abdomen/pelvic area? No ma'am. Those are normal changes that come with having four children. This is not normal. What will he do when you lose weight and you still have asymmetrical breasts and loose skin? I think honesty is something that…
  • Honey you do not want to marry that man. No way in hell.
  • For MY husband, I don't mind if he has something to say about my weight. I have been heavy since I was a kid, so he has never known me "skinny". Since I have gotten serious about dropping the weight, he has made a few comments or questioned a few choices I made. He wasn't doing it to be rude, more of a "hey, dont forget…
  • You are doing an amazing job! I definitely see the progress in your waist and in your face.
  • SW: 298.4 CW: 284.8 GW: 279.8 Weigh in Dates: Start of Month (6/01 Sun): 284.8 6/07 Sat: 282.2 6/14 Sat: 6/21 Sat: 6/28 Sat: End of Month (6/30 Mon): Total weight lost: 2.6 pounds Got my fitbit this week (just a couple days ago) and I am thrilled. I am actually more active than I thought!
  • Set small goals. I let myself get waaaaaaay too heavy to only set a true final weight goal. So instead, I set goals that are every 15-20ish pounds. And I only focus on getting to that one goal. I am really close to a goal at the moment. :-) Also, you have to really really want this. I can not stress that enough. If you are…
  • Same. If I were to weigh daily, mine would look similar to this. The peaks don't matter. Its that glorious downward slope that does. Best of luck!
  • I've done that once or twice. So this gets my vote.
  • Your attitude and your story are just awesome. You, sir, are awesome. So much awesome. Have I said...awesome? Seriously keep up the great work! You look great!
  • I delete people occasionally if they don't log in for a very long time. Are they bothering me by not being on? No, but I tend to go through my friends list often to write on my friends newsfeeds. I will do that for people who haven't logged in recently especially, hoping they see it and are reminded that we miss them. And…
  • "Is my girlfriend right. " Answer is always yes. Kidding, but this time she definitely is. :-P Good luck to both of you!!
  • Heeeeey I play FFXIV too ^_^ Used to play WoW, but meh. It's gone downhill, lol. I've gotten into anime in recent years which I never thought would happen. First one I ever saw was NGE. One of my favorites is probably Full Metal Panic. I have quite a few nerdy interests actually, I shouldn't list them all here XD Feel free…
  • Being totally honest...if I don't want to exercise--I don't. I just am very careful to not eat over my calories. I do find that since I have started eating more sensibly, I have less of a problem WANTING to get up and do stuff. Sorry I'm not much help, good luck.
  • I take a multivitamin everyday. I have never noticed an increase in appetite.
  • I log daily, and would be happy for any new friends. Adding you, op!
  • I have noticed since changing my diet, I have A LOT of leftovers. I didnt change many of the items I eat (did cut down on sweets significantly). Just portions. But I am really going to have to reevaluate how much I buy at once. I hate throwing out food, but I feel sometimes like we can't eat through all of it fast enough.…
  • I am from Houston originally. When my husband left the Army we spent quite a bit of time there. It was his first time there for an extended period of time. He ate Shipley's EVERY MORNING. He was in donut and kolache heaven, lol. I grew up with them so I already knew how disgustingly delicious and addictive they were. Haha.…
  • Congrats! I can't remember the last time I had an alcoholic drink. Maybe 2 years. I've had the same 1/4 bottle of vodka in my freezer for about that long, lol.
  • Yep, every single time. I weigh in the mornings before I eat.
  • I use lettuce leaves for some things. But honestly, I just REALLY cut down the frequency that I eat bread. I eat lunch meat rolled up with a few other things sometimes. Kind of like a deconstructed sandwich, just no bread. I don't think you need to completely eliminate it, but if you really want to stop eating it all…
