My husband, kids, and I all have different needs. We all eat the same stuff, in different amounts. Why do you feel that you need to change what everyone eats? Is it all stuff that is really bad for you?

No idea. I never really thought it mattered, until I decided to by one. I have had it less than a week, and I see just how inaccurate I was before having it. Awww...that's sad. :-( But I can understand. That's a hard thing to cope with. In the last couple of years both of my childhood pets passed away. My mom took it hardest of all, of course, but it made me really sad last time I went "home" and neither one was there. :-( I'm sorry about your puppy!

I have my goals set to lose 2 pounds a week. If I were to eat my calories too early, I would just be sure that I didn't go over whatever my calories for maintenance are. If it were possible, I would do some sort of work out to earn some back instead of that.

I keep a 500ml bottle with me at all times. I refill it at least 4 to 5 times a day.

I actually do not like McDs, lol. It is 100% a last resort thing for me. But if I were going to eat anything I wanted from there it would be a McFlurry with oreos. And the absolute freshest batch of fries ever.

When I was REALLY little...the old school My Little Pony, and Strawberry Shortcake. A little older Scooby Doo, Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Duck Tales, Animaniacs, and Tiny Toon Adventures. Just to name a few.

10 pounds in about 3 weeks. Only changing diet, not much exercise yet. Focusing on eating proper amounts.

I eat small pieces of cheese, salami, olives, almonds, and fruit or veggies. I make BLTs without the bread. You can even ad avocado to it and it makes it really yummy :-) Edit to add....I put together little plates of a variety of those things....makes it interesting.

I haven't had that issue. I think mine has been pretty spot on, if not a bit under. BUT....I have A LOT to lose and I don't log my exercise. So that probably has something to do with it.

Sounds to me like you should at least have it at lightly active. I think sedentary is more for people who work sitting down all day, then come home and stay sitting most of the night. I'm no expert though. Good luck!
