  • What I do is a large fizzy diet drink, as quickly possible. This bloats me out so I have trouble drinking beer on top and slows me right down for a hour or so, repeat carry on! or as a alternative Strong lemon or lime cordial with water, the strong taste gets rid of the craving for me.

  • I've just noticed that the ticker that appears below for me automatically display how many pounds I've lost , but it also changes all posts on here, so it looks as if I've lost 20lbs from day one.

  • I've found that I crave foods that have a crunch, like crisps, chips, biscuits etc. What I do is have a packet of 'Melba Toast' these come in packs of 6 and are ultra thin and very crispy and only 70 calories per pack. but gets me over the need to crunch on something

  • Had a bad week of takeaway food & chocolate put on 2 lbs as I had to cook for my self this week. Start again tomorrow Monday as I'm going to enjoy falling off the wagon and have a curry tonight then back to fish & veg....
  • Thank you for all the positive feed back. I know you don't have to give up sweet things, but as I got massive daily cravings after having sugary foods, I know this would have been my own down fall, I'm not saying its suited to every one, but the cravings are my down fall.
