This really sounds yummy. I made whole wheat pizza dough the other day for the family and the kiddos and hubby did not complain. They loved it! I think I will try these toppings on next time. THANKS! Pizza is the best! :flowerforyou: :drinker: :flowerforyou:

Well I am no doc but I would say that you cal intake is too low. People at my gym have been averaging 10 pounds a month, so you could come close if you do it right...by that I mean the Healthy way. What does MFP put you at as far as your cal intake? Wishing you luck!

Congrats to you! Keep it up! I am addicted to exercise too. It helps me vent and gives me ME TIME! Which I need with 4 kiddos and hubby( who is like another kid!) My hubby says the same thing when I loose weight. He comments on the boobs and the butt. Must be their fav parts! MEN! lol:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:…

One hurdle at a time right??? It sounds like you have a lot to be happy about. First and MOST important is quitting smoking! That is SO wonderful and a huge accomplishment! Second is on running. That is great that you are pushing your limits a little bit. Great JOB!!!

This is what I vote for!!! My kids LOVE to go on walks to the park and it takes us 25 mins there so I pack a lunch and rest while they play and then walk home. This is what I do if I can't get to the gym during the day. I have 4 kids of my own and I watch a baby so my time is limited as well. Good luck!

Well I have been there done that. I have a friend who motivates me. We checkin everyday after we complete our workouts. If she does hers and I don't then I feel like crap so I always make sure to do mine. It takes a little while to make something a habbit. I would say set small goals because they are easier to attain. Take…
