Whenever I go on the eliptical after 10 min my right foot's toes ALWAYS goes numb. Does anyone know why this is??? It does not happen when I am on the treadmill running.

Can anyone tell me why sometimes some of the nutrition facts have this (< ) symbol in front of the number? Does it mean less than? An example is Dietary Fiber <1 g.
