Can anyone tell me why sometimes some of the nutrition facts have this (< ) symbol in front of the number? Does it mean less than? An example is Dietary Fiber <1 g. If it has that I just put the number without the symbol, because the database does not recognize it. Just wondering. Thanks, Heidi:flowerforyou:

yes, it means less than. example: Dietary Fiber <1g means less than 1 gram of dietary fiber.0
