This happens to me too. I work in the "Nutrition world" and at lunch the main topic is food, restrauants, diet, exercise... I get comments like "that's all you are going to eat?" and "that's not enough!" What they don't see is that I ate a small snack a few hours ago and am having a lite lunch. About 6 years ago my girl cousin says " It's good to see even the skinny ones can gain weight". Ouchh. I had never realized until then that she was envious of my physique...a physique I had never really paid attention to and then bam! one day I'm like 25 lbs heavier. Now I'm 40# over that weight from 6 yrs ago. Grr.

Drinking hinders my progress too. ((hugs)) dude. I like the reply from the person who says "what do you want more" seriously good question. Ponder it and I'll bet being healthy will be the answer on top :)

The American Heart Association recommends between 1500-2000 mg of sodium per day. If you have been diagnosed with a disease such as heart failure or hypertension then you should intake closer to the low range. (1500) If you are a healthy adult then shoot for not going above the 2000mg mark daily.
