PCOS here too! I was on Metformin a couple of years ago but lost nothing except the ability to be more than 20 feet from the nearest bathroom. I personally don't count soda, coffee, or tea due to caffeine. I do count water flavored with stuff like Crystal Light since it's caffeine free, but for the most part I'm trying to keep my water plain because I find it easiest to drink more that way.

5'3" with a goal weight of 130-135 lbs, though I won't complain if I can get to about 125 lbs.
