Thank you for the info, I was about to introduce protein shakes in to my food intake, as doing insanity training and weight training. I will resort to a hemp protein instead, atleast its a leafy green :)

Hi I have been doing the keto diet for around 6 weeks now, and have now got in to routine with my eating. breakfast usually involves a bullet proof coffee which is a black coffee with a teaspoon of organic coconut oil, and a knob of Kerrygold grassfed butter. I also have 2 to 3 scrambled eggs, also scrambled in butter.…
