I'm lucky that eggs are on sale for $.99 a dozen at least every couple of weeks at a local Italian Market. I eat 2 to 3 hard boiled eggs most days.

I don't think it's about people not being allowed to have an opinion. Quit the body shaming. If it's not your cup of tea or thing or whatever then move on. That woman is a force of nature that let nothing stand in between her and what she wanted.

You must break the bond. It might be hard but could you put your scale away for 1 month? On the first of the next month weigh yourself 1 time, then pick the scale up and put it somewhere safe. Take some measurements and tuck them away in a safe place. Snap a picture of yourself, don't even have to share with anyone. Repeat…

I was going to guess you're holding your breath at some point during your exercise...some people have a tendency to hold their breath on the effort.

I freeze them and add them to my smoothies...Usually 1.5 scoop of protein to 100 grams of banana and some of the almond/coconut milk. PB makes frequent appearances:)

I like to go by myself. I can keep focus on my plan and not have to keep track of whoever I'm working out with. I tend to be the more experienced one in the gym with any of the workout partners I've had and up till now. By myself = no one in my way:)

I go through my Fage 0% Greek Yogurt like crazy. And bananas and eggs.

I do it in a crockpot with some salsa verde, garlic, onions, tomato and any other veggie you might like. Goes well over rice, or in a tortilla with some shredded cheese and sour cream/greek yogurt on top.

Tilapia for me:) Just not sure which route I'll take it yet. Zucchini, Capers, Lemon and tomatoes or simmered in an indian spiced tomato sauce over rice. Still have time to decide...

I stumbled into the bathroom to a huge box of chocolates and flowers. Love that he thought of me, just wish it would have been a smaller box...still grateful and will count my blessings then I'll make him eat most of the box:)

I do fasted cardio, it's what I find I like best and works best for me. I tried the approach to eat 150 calories (or so) about 30 minutes before, didn't care for it. Off the wall but I wonder if it's a posture issue...Years ago we had one of those health fairs at my work and there was someone there that measured how much pressure you were putting on each side. Turns out that I stood lopsided.

Had a nice 2 hour hike in Dodge Park. Much easier with my new snow boots:) and jacket. It's a Columbia with the silver dots on the inside. I cannot believe how light and warm that jacket it. 7 more miles.
