I looked through a couple of days. I thought it looked pretty decent. Looks like you know what you're doing:) I have my macros set to 30% fat, so not really afraid of that. And I aim for a bit more protein, I try to get up 115/120, but that's me.

Eat the food, it's not bad, and you're not bad by eating. Especially if you're in that big of a deficit. You can do a search of the community for similar threads to see other responses.

Went for a nice walk in Dodge Park. This time remembered to bring something for the ducks. Have to remember a few peanuts for the squirrels too. Added another 5 miles.

Not sure how healthy, ...the Lean Cuisine Sesame Chicken and then I'll add some zucchini that I chop into thin sticks (julienne) sp? and frozen bananas, grapes, pineapple and berries for my smoothies.

That's terrible, not sure what gym this was, but If it was me I'd contact someone above this db's head. I've never had that happen, but there was a story on tv not too long ago about how some gyms charge heavier people more for memberships and personal training. Yesterday I went about 10 and it was awful. When I was on the bike I saw two younger girls walking through, one on her phone and bashed right into a guy doing lat pull downs, another one was on her phone the row behind me for over 20 minutes, and talking loudly. Happy New Year! Started my day off with a walk on our local trails (Dodge Park/Clinton River). Would have made better time with more appropriate shoes for the snow packed pathways. Doc Martins do not have the greatest traction/: 4 miles down.
