I think this only really matters if you are then eating the calories back. If you are then to log cleaning would be daft, Gym & running yes. If you are not eating them back then log it graph it and get some motivation from it, if you want?? It's your body after all.

Lol! Interesting debate actually, Eggs are really good for calorie control, and omlettes are so so tasty, I have toyed with making them with more whites and using the Yolks to make Custard to have with some Pie, but I think that might defeat the object??

If you put on 30lb over say six months you must have been consuming about 4000 calories a week more than you needed. What you have done is reduce the food & increase the exercise, this is not a excess any more, and you have stopped putting on weight. You need to either reduce your food, or booze calories. Pies and pasties, chips and chocolates, Cider, wine, beer and a small Radish is all I yearn for. Seriously I want Lazer eye surgery doing when I get to my goal weight and an old Land Rover Defender, I can't get one now as I am too Fat to drive them as the Seats don't go back!

HI Just a thought but have you logged what is being delivered to you?? Just once, to see if it's actually 1500 calories?? Just that lots of Carbs and 1500 cals don't gel well in my mind?? I am sure it's fine though, personally I would want to check.

Net is after your exercise. Total is what you ate. Go to reports, nutrition, and you can see your total and net since you started logging. If your 1500, is TOTAL then you probably need a bit more food, according to the laws of MFP.

My input would be. Don't worry about it! If you are at 1600, stick at it, if you like it, and loose weight, it's working for you.
