I was diagnosed about three years ago when I was 19 with Hashimoto's disease/hypothyroidism. Definitely can tell when I don't take my medicine or when the prescription is too high/ too low!

I'm in for any kind of help I can get!! I've lost 15, but need to lose 30 more. It seems like this thyroid thing is making hard to get past my plateau.
