I like it. Its a bit easier on the knees than running and if you are keeping up a good cadence is an excellent way to burn calories. Plus if you stick with it for a while you can start replacing shorter car trips with your bike if you are in a bike friendly-ish area. You can save some gas as well as lose weight. I would…
