Toasted it's fine. Untoasted it's dry and reminds me of stale bread.

That is awesome!

Way to go!

I'm 5'7" and currently 149, started at 158. My goal is 138 which is right in the middle of a normal BMI. I'm pretty average build so I thought that was a good starting point. I'm 32 and have 3 kids. I was 130 before I got pregnant the first time. I'm not sure I'll ever see that number again. But maybe I'll try.

Wow, that is awesome! You are an inspiration!

Yep. That solved it here too.

I would drink lots of water and NOT work out. I always weigh a little more in the mornings if I work out in the late afternoon/ evening.

My goal is to get back to the weight that I didn't have daily heartburn...so around 135-140. It may not make the heartburn go away but it sure can't hurt to try! Plus I have a closet full of clothes in that size that I'd like to fit into again. But getting rid of heartburn and off of Prilosec is a bigger motivator.

Love that blog and her definitions are pretty much what we try to follow

Congratulations!

I watched it, it really made me more aware of buying local food when possible. That's not something I had given much thought to before watching the movine.

Awesome, congratulations!

Unsweetened vanilla almond I never drink it by the glass but it's what I use in smoothies, coffee, etc... My kids' pediatrician kinda turned me off of all milk and milk substitutes. I try to keep our consumption at a minimum.

I'm having the same problem! Only thing I can think of is I'm eating LESS so there's less to come out. ;)

I'd have to echo what everone else is saying. It's really not OK to feed your kids stuff you describe as "high sodium junk". They deserve to be healthy too. Teach them good habits now.

My best advice is just to suck it up and force yourself to eat them because they're good for you. I've had to do a lot of that since having kids -- I pretend to like a lot of things that I really don't just so they won't be picky. Smoothies aren't bad, try roasting vegetables, it's yummy

It would probably be a good idea to make a list of things your family likes and that you cook often then find ways to "healthify" your recipes. There are TONS and TONS of food blogs out there. I find the problem is more that I have TOO MANY recipes to choose from. I feel like I'll never have time to try it all!

I don't keep it in the house. They get enough processed junk at grandparent's, school, friend's houses, etc... It's EVERYWHERE! I don't worry that they're not getting to experience childhood or whatever just because there's no junk in the house. I prepare the same thing for all of us.

I put it in smoothies too. I buy the organic baby spinach leaves and just drop them into a freezer bag, they freeze just fine and I don't cook them first. I add a handful to smoothies every time. You can't taste it and if you use blueberries or something dark you can't even see it. I used pineapple and mango this morning…

I just sent you all an invitation, I need friends too! I just joined and need to lose all the weight from 3 pregnancies in the last few years.
