My goal is also 135.

I also donated for years without problems then fainted one day and was scared to give again for years. I recently donated for the first time since the fainting episode and all went well. For me, all I had eaten before donating the day I fainted was peanut butter toast. That was not enough food. I learned that I need to…

Hot tea. There are many different flavors.

Me too :) I have donated regularly for years, got my gallon mug, T-shirts, etc... then went one day before lunch (had a small breakfast) and passed out. It was horrible. I vomited everywhere, they called an ambulance, I was in bed for 2 days. So, after years of good experiences that scared me away for a while. I finally…

Just spray with cooking spray. If something still gets stuck on just soak in hot water and soap overnight, it should wipe right out. The bags just seem so wasteful to me.

Yep, this is me exactly. For me, I just need to try harder. I've kinda given up lately. I need to find my motivation again!

You can go to their website and locate stores that sell it

I tried the peanut butter/ chocolate flavor -- it was the only one my store had. I thought it tasted like water and threw the container away. I'd still be willing to try the other flavors if I could find them.

Watching for answers, I'm stuck too

I add it to a smoothie every day and it's great. I've never tried it mixed with water or on a sandwich. I still use the real deal for that. It just doesn't seem like powdered peanut butter would taste good on a sandwich but after reading all of these comments maybe I'll give it a shot.

Make sure you're taking your iron pill with something that is high in Vitamin C and NOT taking it with calcium.

I haven't read the rest of this thread because I don't want any spoilers -- last night's episode is still on my DVR. But yes, I find Conda to be highly immature, rude, nasty, etc... and have hoped for her elimination every week. Kim isn't much better.

Wow, that is awesome! Congratulations!

My kids love the almond one. I hate almond butter so I haven't tried it.
-
I like it in smoothies w/ banana & cocoa powder. I can't eat it straight up on a sandwich or anything like that though.
-
Oh, that looks good. I usually just have salad. Boring.

Awesome! I've got a whole pile of jeans in my closet that I'm waiting to shrink back into. :)

Late 2003/ Early 2004 before I got pregnant with my 2nd child. I was around 130. I got pregnant in Jan 04 and haven't been below 142 since. And it's been several years since I've even seen 142 because I had a third baby. For some reason losing the weight after #1 was effortless. It was the 2nd and third that were so…

It took about a week for me. Once I started seeing the scale move down and saw that it was really working I was motivated by the results. That's not to say I never eat any...but I'm certainly eating a lot less than I used to!

Yay! I'm so glad to see this. That is my number one goal for losing weight!
