Well I have been at it since mid september and I am starting to switch thing up because I am not loosing as much weight. I am down 24 pounds and I only lost 3 pounds for the month of Jan. So this is how I know I have to step my game up.

My Goals are: 1. To work out 4 days out of the week (instead of 3) 2. To reduce my calorie intake (so I will have to work out to eat more) 3. Try to find some way to curve this sugar intake problem. 4. To lose 7 to 10 pounds by the end of the month. Trip to the beach 3 months away and I need to look good!!!!!

Try taking fish oil vitamins they help with your period and maybe start using your pms meds before you start your period

Welcome, I notice that you said you were over on your calorie intake. You may want to increase your calories. I increase mine to 1600 calories. if you need to know how to do so let me know :)

I have done only level 1 & 2 and they both kill me LOL...I am scared to see what 3 looks like.

Yes I use this dvd sometimes and I track it as circuit training.
