I do my own version of ADF. Basically everyother day i eat till my tdee ( which is 1600 calories) and i alternate with days when i eat half my tdee (800 calories). I'm personally like that too, i can't control my chocolate consumption, if there's a huge box, i'll eat it all in one or too sittings. I never track my sugar nor my cabs, and i love it. If i want to have my fruit i'll have it and i don't restrict myself. If i want to eat 5 bananas for a meal i just do it lol But in my case, i keep the fat low (15% max), and it works for me.

Consider adding beans, lentils, chickpeas to your diet along with nice fats like avocado. I am vegan, and when i eat grains or potatoes i keep feeling hungry until i add some beans, lentils or chickpeas to my dish. I don't bother counting my carbs i just try to eat plenty of high protein plant based foods and i feel fine :)

I think that juicing is amazing along with a low fat plant based diet, it helps you get more nutrients as you use a lot of veggie/fruits to do the juices, but you might consider not doing juicing alone for a long time, it might be hard to follow and you might crave more filling food

Make sure to give her a source of vitamin C every time she eats something that has iron (enriched cereals, lentils, almond butter, green vegetables etc). A glass of water with some lemon juice can do the trick :)

I went vegan since 6 months now and i never felt better. I had so much stomach issues before, especially when eating dairy and meat, but now it just all vanished and i feel so good, have tons of energy, i make sure that i get enough of every nutrient ! ^^

I excluse Meat, dairy, eggs, processed foods, everything with white flour, soda, chips, basically i eat a plant based diet with the most natural things possible , of course sometimes i indulge but i choose a healthier option,for example coconut ice cream (dairy free) or whole wheat waffles :)

I like to snack on almond and goji berries, rice cakes with almond butter, humus and veggies, fruit salads, dark chocolate, apple sauce, chocolate almond or soy milk and that's pretty much it .)
