Insanity all the way. I have done in once completely and almost done my second time around. You will be happy with the results you get from it as well. It is expensive, but soooo worth it.

I believe a lot of people confuse boredom with hunger. I found when I cut back on carbs and started eating more protein, I could go longer without eating. Too many people fill up on breads, crackers, and packaged snack crap. Stick with the healthy basics and you feel great all day long.

Good job. Keep it up. Not sure if you have the max dvd's, but you will really see the muscle definition once you start those ones. Don't let any comments discourage you. As long as you feel better and notice a difference, that is all that really counts:smile:

My rule of thumb is no packaged meals or snacks (we all, however, will have our cheat day every once in a while). I find recipes on the internet for muffins and snacks. I am on my 7th week of insanity, 2nd time around. Love it. I really get toned up and feel like I have had a workout. Stick with it, you won't regret it!

Only poor? Canadian economy is way better than Americans. Not many foreclosed homes and the unemployment rate is lower and minimum wage is much higher. :wink:

I stand on the scale every morning and stand naked in front of the mirror. I also remember eating healthy and working out will keep me around a long time for my beautiful son!

cut down on carbs, no packaged junk, no processed sugars, and don't drink away all your calories (unless it's a fun Saturday night)! And of course insanity 60 day workout!

I wouldn't worry as long as your aren't eating processed and packaged crap. However, I wouldn't eat too many bananas. I limit my fruit intake to my protein shake and right after I work out. I never drink fruit juice, even 100% pure. The sugars in there are crazy and you don't have the fiber of the whole fruit to balance…

Yes I mostly have. Maybe once in a while I will have a very small portion of pasta or potatoes.
