Like others said, make your own. If you don't want the doughy crust, go with a cauliflower crust as another person suggested. I have made this and was pleasantly surprised at how good it actually is. Get rid of your scale. Get yourself a mirror. When you are happy with how you look, you will know you are at your goal. There is no perfect text book weight for height. People focus "way" too much on the scale.

I'm 5'2" and sit at 127. Wear XS or S clothing. Don't go by the scale, go by the inches, remove the fat and define the muscles :)

I do insanity about 6 days a week. Though it tones my muscles beautifully, I don't see much bulk. As suggested, p90x would work better for bulking.

I never ate back any of my workout calories while losing weight. That is the point of burning the calories off in the first place. To burn the calories, not put them back in. I would suggest you cut out sugars and junk carbs. Stick with simple clean foods and more protein than carbs. That is how I lost my weight. I know everyone is different, but I think if you clean up your eating, you will begin to see results.

You need to go cold turkey on all sugars/junk food. The longer you go without, the less you will crave them. It's hard at first, but once you get over the hump, the craving literally disappear.

I just always remind myself...Nothing tastes better than skinny feels...LOL Funny though, my husband always says I have incredible will power. Some do and some don't. I would sweat it. Indulging every once in a while won't hurt you:)

I drink almond milk every morning in my protein shake and love it. However, if I want a cold glass of straight milk, I will opt for the real milk. I have no problems digesting dairy. Born and raised by dairy farmers:)

I personally could care less what anything thinks about how many calories I net per day. I eat continuously throughout the day, eat very clean for the most part, work out, and don't usually eat my work out calories.
