12 miles walked . I forgot to weigh and post yesterday.

I did 15 miles with videos. I also did a lot of walking over the weekend

I would like to join. I started walk away the pounds for abs last week. Please let me know if I can join. SW 212 15 miles a week is my goal I did 9 miles last week and 6 miles so far this week. Get your walk on!!!!:laugh:

I just started doing 5 minutes a day last thursday. I think now i will do 7 minutes for a week. this is really hard for me but I am hoping to work up to at least 20 minutes.
