  • Hi Everyone. I am currently pregnant 21 weeks and have gained almost 20 lbs already. Prior to getting pregnant I got injured from running and had to stop for 3 months and a month later I found out I was pregnant. I am working out again, under dr's supervision.
  • Could it be the type of shoe you are wearing? I recommend on visiting your local run and walk store and they can help fit you in a perfect shoe. I suggest you take the shoes you are currently wearing and they can provide more insight. Maybe you wouldn't have to buy new shoes and just inserts. Good luck.

  • I'm 4'll" and my current goal is 110. I still need 12 pounds to lose to get there.
  • i get irritated at the ones sitting at a machine just talking or looking through their phones, then after 10-15 minutes finally get up and move.

  • I just finished the couch to 5k program. And just this past Saturday ran in my first 5K.
  • When I added running in as an exercise I noticed an increase in my weight drop. I have been on my weightloss journey since January. Picked up running in March and to date I have lost a little over 39lbs. the couch to 5K is a great program to follow.
