wow!!! I guess as an Instructor you burn more cals!! I knew I was burning more than 300 calories though, I have to keep track to be sure. Thank you Mlebee :)

hahha! good question, I guess I should keep track with a special device. I have heard you burn close to 1000 cals, and so I am assuming I did a least 600 cals... I will find out soon. Although if you find out, either through someone that has done it with a device, please let me know :)
