I walk slow on the treadmill because I have a physical condition that makes it so. I hold onto the handlebars because I have ab balance problem. I pay my Gym membership just like the people whining and judging my workout. Get over it and get on with your own workout.

There is no server for it, it is a standalone box for a hundred bucks. that hooks up to your tv and internet. The only cost I have is the monthly netflix bill.

I use a product called the Visio Co-Star. It is a small Google TV box with several different video streaming services, a web browser, email and any other Android application that you can get. It cost $100. and is the best thing ever to happen to television. Got mine at visio.com

I am no longer annoyed by not showing progress all the time. Take last month for instance I burned 88341 calories and consumed only 21334. That is a calorie deficit of 67007. A pound of fat is 3500 calories, so when I divide 67006 by 3500 I see that I burned 19.44 pounds of fat. Energy is not free, Just like you can not…

Of course humans are assessed by weight by volume. I do not wear bathroom scales on my feet when I go out in public. People judge me by what they see. "look at that fat guy over there" Only myself and my doctor assess me by weight.

I am officially one month post-op today and I am pleased as heck with my progress so far. A few people have voiced there fear of complications in having this surgery done and fear of dumping and other changes as well. I too had those fears, but greater than those fears were the fear of not having it done and continuing on…

Had my first "dumping" experience, wow...not fun. I guess the pork roast was a bad idea. At least I know where the line is now.

I had my Gastric Bypass Surgery on Wednesday and am now home recuperating. Everything seems to be going well, a little discomfort in moving around but I am sleeping well.

I don't advocate getting rid of the scale, we just need to understand it. I understand my numbers go up and down, When I weigh myself every day I am looking to see where the trend is going. I then use that trend to adjust my activities to keep moving in the right direction. My scale is my biggest motivator because it is…
