Hi! My advice would be to eat! It is definitely okay to eat more protein... alot of people here will tell you that protein is actually good in terms of diet as it promotes building muscles which actually helps you to lose more fat in the long run.

Hi, it all depends on how tall you are and how heavy you are also. I've heard that it's best not to shock your body with such low food quantity or else it will go into 'starvation mode' and your weight loss will stall. You should definitely not try to lose weight while pregnant.
