  • You are right. A lot (not a little) less is good. I am trying to limit rice to twice a week (small portions) and pounded yam to once or not at all. Good luck
  • Never use palm oil at home. We use mostly vegetable oil with zero/low cholesterol and discovered we did not miss the palm oil flavor. I am also trying to avoid pounded yam or anything with pure white color. Rice is the toughest. Cant give it up.
