i hope to be at 210 by v-day that means i will have lost 10ibs in one month, that would make me feel great. ( i started last monday at 220 i am at 218 this week. i am on a good track!) My anniversary is March 5th so my STRETCH goal is to be at a stable 200 by then that would be very awseome!
