Most people say to weigh yourself at the same time and using the same scales each time. E.g. in the morning before you've eaten or drank anything. That should be pretty accurate. There can be things that still affect it, but if you know you ate an entire pizza the night before or did a new workout etc, then you know a gain…

Inverted rows are good as well. Hurts like a b***h.

It has 1 calorie. They're allowed to label that as zero. Up to 5 I think.

Can of diet coke.

Jeez, thanks. I nearly ordered from them but was a bit confused by the membership thing. Definitely won't now!

Noooooo ignore this person. I think he's getting his diet advice from the 1970s.

Actually, the woman that went to the police for being "wolf-whistled" at had to deal with a month of sustained harassment and was physically intimidated as well. The media have just chosen to portray her as another time wasting hysterical woman.

The only problem I have with this ad is that it is targeted only at women and that it has nothing to do with health or fitness, only having a certain look. I don't see it as body shaming, but I do think it's sad that women are told constantly that if they don't look a certain way then they are of little to no value or…

You're not meant to use anything extra, but I guess if you factor in the cost of those things you can (I've been using a little bit of oil so my rice doesn't stick and a bit of salt). I think that's kind of the point though, to see how limiting it is and how food doesn't bring any enjoyment when you have nothing. I've got…

This is my shopping for the week. Don't think I did too badly. Veggie egg fried rice for lunch today.

If I ate that much fruit, I'd be in the bathroom all day so I wouldn't have time to eat the rest of my calories!
-
I just try not to keep stuff in the house as I eat mindlessly, late at night as well. Last night I was craving chocolate but couldn't have it as I didn't have any in. Was a good job as I was all out of calories!

What you're wearing has nothing to do with safety. As you said yourself, you were wearing an old t-shirt when that happened to you. I'm sorry it did and hope it doesn't ever again. But that has more to do with the person that was responsible and not what you were working out in. You are never responsible for someone else's…

Love pink grapefruit! Really tasty with cottage cheese or in a salad.

A friend half my size said she wished she had an *kitten* as good as mine. That was pretty nice.

I think most people use circuit training for her DVDs. Be honest about how long you spent working out though. So even though the DVD might be 30 minutes long, you only really spend maybe 20 exercising.

Do you mean between 3 and 4 pounds or three quarters of a pound? The first is very fast unless you're very overweight and have a lot to lose. The latter is a pretty reasonable rate if you're already a healthy weight.

Hi, I'm at the same height and about the same weight as you. You really don't need to stick to 1200 calories if it's too difficult. 1500 is absolutely fine if you're able to handle it better mentally at that level. You should still lose around a pound a week. so thats about 14lbs before summer! Having read some of the…

A salad, like anything else, is only as healthy or calorie appropriate for you as you choose to make it. I disagree with the supposition that salads aren't healthy. It's just that you're now more aware of what choices you are making.

Nothing much really. I've cut back massively on pasta but not cut it out completely. I used to use it as an easy meal and way overeat whenever I had it (which was 2-3 times a week). Now I have it less than once a month and make sure I weigh it.

My trainer explained it to me this way: If you squat to parallel you'll still be working quads, hammys and glutes but your quads will be doing more of the work. If you go below then they're all having to work just as hard so it's more of an all rounder. But like others have said, it really depends on your flexibility. I go…

If low carb is something that helps you keep on track then great, go for it. But you'll still need to make sure CI<CO in order to lose lbs.

I use S health on Samsung. I've compared it against a few others for average cals and it seems pretty accurate.

How could you possibly know that? You don't know her stats or activity levels. And there are plenty of women on here that maintain on 2500+ calories. That doesn't make it right to assume that'll suit everyone.

I've done a bit of research on this because I needed to switch to a different hormone for my contraception. Some people do gain weight on Nexplanon (same hormone as the mini pill) but it's down to it making you crave different foods. It makes it harder to lose weight, but only mentally not physically. I've had Nexplanon…

You both win.

I make mine with regular yummy ingredients, just weighed properly (no cauliflower). The only change I make is using a tortilla for the crust as I prefer it thinner anyway so why not save a few cals! 1 x tortilla 80g passata whatever veggies/meat you want 60g grated mozarella Usually comes in at under 500 cals.

One of us. One of us.

They look kinda creepy with their beady little eyes. Like your own personal army of sugar.

Where's the dude with the Peeps cleanse? I like him.
