Anyone doing the Virgin 5k cycle challenge this month?
I just found out about the Virgin Active challenge this month. It's how fast can you cycle 5k. I did a half hearted effort after a class and managed 7:37 so could probably get under 7 minutes pretty easily. Anyone else done it?
