...with lifting. Only been doing it for 2 months, but last night my coach told me to try lifting a barrel. I did. It was 105kg. Can't wait to see what I can do in a few more months!

I get what you mean! Honestly I'd never have thought me and lifting buuut just felt so right after the first bit of awkwardness. I love seeing progress and the numbers going up, completely changed my view of my body and my goals in a very positive way.0

Lifting is amazing! I keep coming back to it because it's one of the few exercises that is constantly rewarding to me. I love seeing progress and the changes to my body.0
