I did level 1 day 6 yesterday. Hoping to start level 2 on Sunday so I just watched it through. Not liking the look of those walking push ups!

I suffered with it for about a year and to be honest the best relief was losing weight. I had a physio show me some stretches that really helped but they were only a temporary relief. It did go away in the end though. Also ice is meant to be good.

I've gone from a 32H to about a 32FF with 28lb lost. They only started shrinking recently though. It's nice that my clothes don't just hang off them anymore! Can't wait to (hopefully) wear a DD!

Breakfast: eggs royale with a side of bacon - 700 cals Lunch: goats cheese and caramelised red onion panini and a triple chocolate muffin - 1000 cals Dinner: creamy chicken korma with saffron rice, poppadoms and mango chutney - 900 cals Snacks: salted caramel popcorn and chilli doritos - 1000 cals Total: 3600 cals!

I do body combat and put it in as high impact aerobics. Martial arts seemed like way too high a burn.

Err fruit, veg, yoghurt, nuts? You don't get overweight by struggling to eat enough.

I go to Bravissimo. They're really good. No tape measures. They just go by how the current size you're wearing fits. And they tell you which styles are slightly bigger or smaller. Bit expensive but they're worth it I think, especially if you're a bigger cup size. I was wearing a 34FF and they put me in a 32H and it's so…

Most NHS doctors do a wellman clinic and you can get everything checked out there.

I made a really good smoothie this morning and put it in a take out thermos to have on the way to work. Skimmed milk, banana, peanut butter and chocolate protein powder. Yummy!

I didn't lose anything for the first few weeks and then all of a sudden I started losing.

Mmmm I just had tomato and basil soup and a cheese scone. Came in at 455 cals. Even yummier because I went in the bakery just as they were getting the scones out of the oven. Smelt delish!
