So far I have realized that most Kinect games are a decent workout! In the "Adventure Games" game there is a minigame called reflex something or other and you basically jump and duct and run. It's awesome!

I tried them. They are pretty good actually! Just don't eat them unless you exercise first. I felt sick when I just ate it as a meal replacement. I think you have to work out them muscles before you pump 20g of protein into yourself immediately

Dark chocolate is the best. I used to hate it, but now I love it. I have 1 Ghiradelli 60% dark chocolate square almost every day lol. I never used to be able to run. I have had surgery on both of my knees and have chronic hip bursitis. I am still not a very good runner, but after working with a chiropractor and on my own to strengthen my muscles, I am doing pretty good! :) I'm glad you found something that works for you, too.

Actually I own a boflex and the instruction manual tells you not to do this ^^^. Women do not bulk up unless they eat a TON of extra calories/protein and do heavy heeeeavy lifting. Probably too often. I weigh once in the morning and once at night. Sometimes during the day just out of curiosity. But I have learned not to let day to day fluctuations upset me.
