I just added you! I've used this site off and on for years, but I've been sticking to it so far this month and would love more friends! CW 158 First goal 130 End goal 120 I do at-home strength exercises and some cardio, but I'm honestly a pretty lazy person! My diet is mostly vegan and I treat myself quite a bit, but I've…

I'm 5'0 and 159 pounds right now. My end goal is 120 pounds, but I'm taking it slow, 10 pound losses at a time. I don't want to have to restrict my eating because I LOVE to eat, but hate to exercise, so working on a vegan diet (was vegetarian anyway) and am going to try to start running so I can get away with eating more…

I haven't experienced this. I'm a vegetarian/vegan and even after working out I haven't felt the need for meat. I think it's your body telling you that you need protein, so I suggest eating some protein enriched foods (not meat) that has the right nutrients that you need.

I've only heard of P90x, which does WORK if you actually stick with it 100%. The main reason why it works, from what I've heard, is the effort you put into it, which could also be done at the gym if you tried hard enough. 1 hour a day, 6 days a week is what you'd have to do. If you choose this one, good luck!
