same. im always all about the savoury fatty carbs though, mashed potato (sometimes with fresh white bread), chips with gravy and cheese, macaroni and cheese, ravioli drowned in cheese, crumbed cambert, smoked salmon and toubouli on crackers, cheese and crackers (are you seeing a pattern?).

Agreed. I know nothing about lifting. I do what I think is right because my gym doesnt have staff that can assist you. (Yeah, I'm changing soon). I'd love it if someone was able to point out what I was doing wrong.

I have always hated water. I didnt see the point of it when I could have soft drink (um, hello size 14, where did you come from?).
