Same here. Mine was with Boxing 101. Once I entered Intermediate Boxing, the weight started dropping off again.

I have a roof over my head, (mostly) healthy food in the fridge, clothes on my back, two wonderful dogs, a husband who gets to live his dream every day, a friend who's bouncing back from a brain tumor surgery, a job I like, and an awesome peer group at my gym. Don't really need anything else right now.

I've been pretty happy with MFP. I track everything - food and workouts - and make a great deal of effort to stay hydrated. We all have falls and fails, but the important thing is to get back up and keep going. Don't be afraid to step outside your comfort zone and try new foods or workouts. I've been pretty happy with Lane Bryant's Sport by Cacique brand. I run and box, so I've been pretty particular about the bras I buy. I'd like to try one I saw at my local running store by a brand called Moving Comfort, but alas they didn't have my size. Such is the life of a 40F girl :frown:

Absolutely! I've been seriously watching my food intake and working out for about 8 months and I've lost almost 60. :happy:

I definitely feel better when I drink water, and I do notice that my skin is much clearer when I have plenty of it. I find it is a little hard sometimes, though. I admittedly will cheat on those tough days using a water flavor enhancer or by adding lemon or - my new favorite - lemon AND cucumber.

I just started running this year and I really like my Saucony Triumph 10s. I also have a pair of Oboz Mystic Lows I use for the trails or less-than-ideal conditions.

It could just be that is the last place to lose, at least that seems to be what's happening in my case. Everything else shrinks faster and first before my stomach decides it'll finally give up some of the weight. My MIL told me this is especially true for women during their childbearing years as our bodies need that layer…

I've never been a fan, even pre-diet, pre-lifestyle change, whatever you wanna call it. If I need to calm my sweet tooth I just stick to MiO in my water. <3

When I'm working out on weight machines or doing calisthenics at home, my playlist includes Drowning Pool, FFDP, Prong, Rev Theory, Slipknot, Saliva, Celldweller, Rammstein and Blue Stahli. My cardio playlist(s) are pretty much all over the place. ;)

Every Tuesday morning after I get out of bed and before I eat anything. I'm the type of person who'd obsess over every little ounce, but once a week is just perfect for me to keep tabs on my progress.

Hey there, I'm Jen. I'm a lifelong metal fan who was blessed to marry a fellow lifelong metalhead. My taste in metal is pretty expansive becuase I love pretty much everything from the classic metal bands all the way up through nu metal and post-grunge. Great to see a group like this here!
