That is AMAZING I also started at 380 ish. I am now 80 lbs down. but for the past year and alot new health problems I am stuck. But its nice to see how other have done. love reading the stories. P.S. You look great too :smile: keep it up

For me its water all the way. But if you want to have Diet soda before bed I would have Caffeine free. So I could get to sleep.

I found my man in a bar. My friend and I where looking for fun. He was my dare. Well one thing led to another. Its now 22 years later. Married for 20. We have 3 amazing kids. He is still the man of my dreams. Life would not be the same with out him. I did lose the dare but what I life I got out of it.
