I like what you said about holding yourself accountable. It's so true. Logging everything I ate worked really well until my iPhone broke, then I used that as an excuse to stop. I will try to bear your wise words in mind as I start again with the app on my iPad.:wink:

I've been on a six month binge! Put on all the weight I lost and am now heavier than when I started. I always eat when I have anything emotional going on. Take care
