I can definitely see a difference! You ladies have all inspired me to get off my butt and work out today. I've really been struggling since I quit weight watchers and switched to mfp, but hopefully that will change!

I weigh in once a week first thing in the morning. I think any more than that is overkill, as your body fluctuates. And be sure it's at the same time of day and same day of the week, as your weight fluctuates throughout the day.
