I lost 20 lbs within 3 months with CICO and mostly low carb ( about 100/day) I can't exercise because of back injury and my walking is limited to very short distances. I plan to lose another 8 pounds over the next few months. I am on 1200 cals/day, 5'4"and 133lbs

I was in your position a few years ago ( 5'4'' and 183 lbs) I was unable to exercise due to medical problems. I was on 1200 cals a day. Some days I would only have 1000 cals and was able to get down to 140 lbs in about 6 months. Hope this helps

I do the 5mile work out and love it. Tried the Boot Camp work out and it is great. I do the boot camp every other day and the 5mile on opposite days. I have lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks with a 1200 cal diet and the walking with LeslieSansone. Love here DVD's She constantly encourages you through out all here sessions.
