I am sorry but you should eat dinner, under eating is as serious of a problem as over eating. Dinner does not kill weight loss not eating enough has killed your metabolism and that kills weight loss.

Also it is planned that you will eat your exercise calories back. So with this you should be eating 1,400-1,700 calories.

Yes you can enter food early. I know what everything is before it goes in my mouth. By the end of the day I play around with calories that are left and what macros I need to decide what is for dinner.

I am not a breakfast eater so I make a protein shake and sip on it for hours. My favorite is the body fortress chocolate-peatnutbutter. Sometimes I do one scoop with milk and/or coconut water and sometimes 1 1/2 scoops with just plain water. I use a bender bottle to take on the go and shake.

You definately need to eat more with the workouts you are doing. I am at 1,650 and do far less than you and am losing more than a pound a week.

You went too low and your body shut down, this happened to me. To break my plateau and get my metabolism working again I ate at maintance for a month most days over 2,000. Then went back down a bit first 1,500 for 4 weeks lost 6 pounds Figured my actual TDEE and then moved up to 1,650 and am contiuning to lose.

NO :noway: You only run three days a week, every other day and an extra rest day. If you want to cross train do weights or yoga 2-3 days a week. 1,000 calories is not enough for anybody even more so for a teenager. You need to EAT FOOD to suppress your hunger pangs.

I eat lighter during the day to have more calories at night. Works for Me. Time of day for calories does not matter.
