Hi Ive just got this and found the same problem. One of the moves it wanted me to squat and i was and its saying you need to keep still i was actually shouting at the tv I AM STILL. Found it very frustrating. Ive got my fitness coach as well and i love it. x

Really Gutted I couldn't do anything yesterday apart from my walking.Because all 3 of my children have come down with a cold so haven't slept to well today. Will try and do something tonight. On A Plus ive gont from 190 to 187 since i started yay me. :0)
