Dy 2 went well again, stopped at the bakery to get a brownie, and while in the line i hear da vice say " you're not eating sweets" lol.... it slipped me for a few minutes... but i made it :)

Can you probably try getting in some exercies at home? before or after work.... there a many cheap dvds you can purchas... 30 day shred etc... but dont be descouraged. And unfortunately as much determiniation and dedication, losing weight does not come maturally to many of us as much as we want it, so we have to retairn…

That this is a JOURNEY.... that even if you fall off for a day or tow, you can get RIGHT BACK ON TRACK the next day.... you dont have to stay off the wagon...... BIGGEST HELP to me... cuz as soonas I fell off, I wouls stay off. But now i DONT..... YAAAAY! This is my year to get this weight OFF and KEEP it off! Yaay! :)

LOST 3.8 this week...wohoo!

SOOOOOO....idk how this happened but im at 170.8 this morning.... started at 174.6, so thats a loss of 3.8 lbs... idk if to be excited or concerned that my scale is broken lol...

Today went pretty welll...... I forgot about Gum though and chewed for a few minutes, but threw it out as soon as i realised lol. But thank GOD we can have fruits....:) All the best tomorrow everyone!

Mine is quite simple, im FED UP of being overweight........ I am toooo self-conscious about what i wear and wondering how to hide my fat.... ENOUGH OF THAT CRAP!......Slim down is in FULL EFFECT! Not gonna stop till I am FIT and HEALTHY!

I used it some years ago.... it did work.....it controlled my hunger and i had ALOT of energy to exercise.... so i burned TONS of calories....and i lost alot of weight using it.... but u are right....pills alone wont work, u have to make this a lifestyle change, uz i didnt and as you see im her on MFP and need to lose…
