Took about 72 days but had a lot to work with at beginning, LOL! That was without any real exercise other than yardwork, etc. Now I feel more like walking, etc...even took bike to shop for tune-up! Good luck everyone...awesome site.

started 9/21/2012 at 299 and have lost 34 pounds in about 55 days by just logging what i eat on this site and staying under the calorie goal every day...I drink nothing but water.
