I am just finishing up with 30DS. I can finally do all level 3 with Natalie so I'm figuring I'm ready to move on. I plan to start Ripped in 30 next week. I will be exactly a week behind you.

I love 30DS! I don't do it continously like how she recommends. I do it 3 to 4 times a week. Been doing it for almost two months now and I am so much fitter!
