  • I'm trying to lose 20-25. I'm 58 days in and 10 pounds down. Feeling a little frustrated that it's going so slow - although my doctor says this is "healthy, steady progress."
  • Today was strength training and I did 30 minutes of circuit training. I forgot to eat before I left for the gym and thought I was going to pass out after my workout. Lesson learned, I will take time to eat breakfast. Thankfully, I was with a friend who could drive me home.

  • Have your thyroid and vitamin D blood levels checked! I was feeling similar recently and my vitamin D levels are low. I've been taking a high level dose of vitamin D -50,000 units once a week.
