I rather work out alone as I get more done than going with friends to the gym, they rather stand around talking than working out.

Hi, I'm 5'4 and my starting weight was 84kg (sorry we don't use Ibs here in Austraila) and I'm down to 73kg now. My ideal weigh is 67kgs so I am close to getting there but yet so far.i swim laps 3 times a week for an hour and burn about 700 calories each time. I'm looking to ad more people to motivate or motivate me.
