Thank you, This is the first time I am dieting & I am not sure if its supposed to give u a ton of craving. Trying to maintain my calorie count around 1700 with clean calories, but when I see delicious stuff, It drives me crazy.

Feel free to add me too! On exercise days i eat a ton, but keep around 1200 calories at the end of the day :D

I've been struggling with midnight snacking, but usually have cottage cheese with some fruit & splenda

I add half a banana & handful of oatmeal to the smoothie. Keeps me satisfied for another 4 hrs. If I get bored, I just fry 3 eggs instead of oatmeal in the smoothie

Hi, I just started MFP, and its been a great way to track my calories. I am 29, pretty skinny already but trying to lose belly fat very badly. BTW, I have a sneaking suspicion that the hormone leptin is causing the plateau. Hows ur diet? did you mix it yet, and are you keeping cheat days? Good luck
